Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your Lonestar Bars. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at john@lonestarbars.com.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
- Opened or partially consumed products may be eligible for a refund or replacement at our discretion if there is a quality issue.
- Refund requests made after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Process
- Email us at john@lonestarbars.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide return instructions if applicable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
